We have been VERY busy working on the latest upgrade to the 147.12 repeater. Before the end of May we plan on putting TWO major changes in place.
- Implement a newly created custom harness for the duplexers.
- Replace the GE Master II PLL Repeater with a newly configured Motorola MSF5000 CXB Repeater.
These changes have been a long time coming and will hopefully provide a much improved repeater experience. Our goal is to eliminate the intermittent repeater interference that does on occasion kill the receiver sensitivity. We have been unable to track down the source of the interference, and we have high hopes these major changes will do the trick.
Listen on air for when we are installing everything. It should be quite interesting!
